Shade Architects works with property owners, businesses, commercial real estate brokers, contractors, and public agencies across the Phoenix metro. Our work includes new buildings, renovations, and tenant improvements for retail, restaurant, office, medical, and fitness spaces.

You work directly with the architect responsible for your project. We develop the design, prepare construction documents, and coordinate the engineering and specialty consultants the project requires.

We work with owners who select a contractor after design and with contractors on design-build teams. During construction, we answer contractor questions and review submittals as part of our construction administration services.
